Home Counties catering company Fingers & Forks was created by acclaimed chef Kevin Cadman in 2012.
After cutting his teeth earning a Chef’s Diploma and garnering experience in esteemed French Michelin and Relais Chateau restaurants, Kevin’s career sent him all over the globe to cook for private, celebrity and corporate clients across Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
After returning to the UK, Kevin then built up a local reputation as Executive Head Chef of Eventuate Limited – a premium catering company based in Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire.
Then, in 2016, Duncan Basterfield joined Fingers & Forks as its Culinary Director. Duncan has made his mark at some of the most prestigious kitchens and establishments in the country: having worked as a personal chef to Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, and at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, the iconic Royal Albert Hall and The House of Lords.
Together, and with the assistance of their hand-picked team of hospitality professionals, Kevin and Duncan create vibrant, delectable, carefully crafted food and events which delight clients and guests: dish after dish.
