About Us

Fingers & Forks are truly local catering specialists, run by the highly renowned chef Kevin Cadman. With over 20 years first class catering experience, Kevin has developed menus for hundreds of weddings, gala balls and canapé receptions as well as private and corporate events of all sizes.

Fully qualified with a Chef's Diploma and experience gained in French Michelin and Relais Chateau restaurants, Kevin has cooked and eaten his way around the world for private, celebrity and corporate clients. Inspired by his work in Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Africa, The Middle East and Europe Kevin has developed menus with an authentic worldly fusion of flavours, all beautifully and uniquely presented.

Having cooked all over the world, Kevin also gained experience with local catering companies, going on to work as the Executive Head Chef at Eventuate Limited before leaving to create Fingers & Forks five years ago. Having worked in Henley-on-Thames and the Home Counties for over ten years, Kevin and the Fingers & Forks team understand the importance of providing the ultimate flavours in food, as well as visual impact and a service second to none.

The Fingers & Forks production kitchen is ideally based in the picturesque countryside of Henley-on-Thames and we believe strongly in supporting local growers and suppliers. We also pride ourselves on our commitment to sourcing as many of our ingredients as possible from local producers, including lamb reared in the Chilterns, Cotswold dairy produce and the finest English artisan cheeses. We place a very high ethical value on sustainable and seasonal produce and endeavour to develop menus as seasonally as possible and with minimal impact to the environment and community around us.
